balance, and overall confidence in your yoga practice. Whether you’re working through
tightness, building strength, or simply looking to move with greater ease, this class offers
practical tools to enhance your body awareness and movement quality. Suitable for all
levels—modifications and progressions will be offered to meet you where you are.
