In this soothing and restorative class, we will explore a series of yoga postures and breathwork techniques that promote relaxation and mindfulness. The session will feature carefully selected crystals placed throughout the space and on your yoga mat, enhancing the energy around you. Learn how to connect with the vibrations of these natural gemstones, that help to open and align the heart chakra, while moving through a practice that opens the heart center. All levels are welcome.
