I welcome you to come explore one of the original modalities that brought modern vinyasa into the pop culture.  Late 90’s Ashtanga blew up the scene and the gymnastic like movements were the foundation for what we know today.  Not a strict led primary but a fusion approach that breaks a few rules while leaving the structure and scaffolds in place.  Come blossom on your mat!
