About me
Ciara is a yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training in hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, and Pilates, but her journey is so much more than credentials. Yoga became a lifeline for her after overcoming childhood depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and chronic injuries. Through movement and mindfulness, she not only healed her body but found balance and peace.
She’s had the incredible opportunity to teach yoga all over the world, from Asia to Europe, and has represented both California and Colorado in national yoga championships. Competing on such a stage was both a challenge and a win—an affirmation of her dedication to the practice she loves.
In her classes and workshops, Ciara focuses on helping others unlock their potential, blending strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. For her, yoga is about so much more than the physical—it’s a way to connect deeper with yourself and the world around you.
When she’s not teaching, you can find Ciara dancing, climbing, baking, or simply moving. These passions help her stay grounded, creative, and curious about life. She believes movement is medicine, and she’s always looking for new ways to explore it.
