When Tina hold’s space for students, she hope’s to inspire all humans to feel welcome, safe, and peaceful. Leaving with a full heart!
Tina has been teaching yoga since 2020, leaving a 10 year experience of teaching fitness. She has a passionate heart to share the yoga practice as a lifestyle, of awareness and mindfulness. Tina weaves most intently DHYANA (meditation) and PRANAYAMA (breath work) into all her classes. Her love for the practice and community radiates from her essence.
